Pricing

Some Web Design companies quote that their services start from as low as $5,000 ranging up to the $10,000's and more. If you have that sort of money to spend, perhaps that is the best way for you to go. We work on a smaller scale than some of the bigger companies.
ERW Design aims to provide each and every one of our clients with a unique, thoughtful and individual web page they are pleased with and our pricing policy reflects this. We have no "strict" price structure as such, beyond the basic starting prices below, preferring to make a price on application dependent on your budget and goals for your web site/page.
Whatever your budget, we can have a draft of your site up and running in a matter of days so you can immediately start seeing returns on your investment. From here, the turn around time for your site to go "live" for public viewing on the internet is dependent only on the time it takes to work out any changes and improvements, but this is rarely longer than a few weeks for a basic 3-5 page site.

Web Hosting & Domain Name Services

You will need both a site host and a domain name in order for your website to become visible to browsers and potential customers on the internet. Domain name registration and hosting services can also be provided, or procure your own provider/s and simply provide us with the details.

• Domain names from $40 / 2 years* (price for .com.au name)
• Hosting from just $120 / year* (price for single page site including an email address)

We aim to take the mystery out of sourcing your own site hosting and domain name (your "address" on the web, where people will find your business or services), by doing it all for you. Additional Updates

From time to time, you may find updates to your site are required. This may happen yearly, quarterly, monthly or even more frequently depending on the evolution of your new presence online.

Site Maintenance

This is a complete service and we will periodically look over your site to ensure everything is in working order. At any time, if you find a problem you can contact us.
And if you are a Site Hosting client, as above! If you have a comprehensive Hosting package through ERW Design, you can also request site traffic information at no extra charge.

Payment

We request a 20% deposit once a framework has been agreed on, prior to commencement of site development. During the construction of your site, we welcome any information you wish to include.
Once we complete all work to your specifications and your site is finalised and uploaded to the worldwide web, we will invoice you for the balance, including any extras incurred along the way (at all stages of this process, we will advise you if what you are requesting will attract an additional charge - rest assured you will not be delivered any surprise invoice charges!).
You can make changes within the scope of the project at any stage of the process before you receive your invoice. After this time, any subsequent updates, additions and maintenance you request once your site is uploaded for live/public viewing will be invoiced accordingly.
